Vice President of Communications 
Will recruit and run a communications committee to assist with duties below: 
  • Manage website
  • Send newsletter
  • Communicate with external media 
  • Update the blog 
  • Manage the PAC App 
  • Design programs and posters for events 
  • Create Promo videos 
  • Run all social media 
  • Photography/Videography of Events 
  • Design merchandise 

VP of Community Engagement
  • Foster relationships with student art groups, and non-arts groups on campus 
  • Represent PAC at arts events on campus 
  • Create opportunities for PAC to serve and interact with the community 

VP of Production 
  • Communicate with ambassadors about specific events 
  • Communicate with event staff to ensure all performance needs are met 
  • Communicate with executive board to run all events​ 

Secretary 
  • Create agendas for meetings 
  • Take meeting minutes 
  • Send weekly emails 
  • Distribute weekly to-do lists
  • Work closely with President and Advisor 
  • Helps track project progress 

A cappella, Theatre, Instrumental Ambassador 
3 separate positions with a similar function: 
  • Build relationship between student orgs of that genre 
  • Regularly report to President and VP of Production
  • Plan and implement genre-specific events (i.e. A cappella sampler) 
  • Handles performance requests
