- While we encourage groups to minimize in-person meetings, if you do need to meet in person please note the restrictions on the number of people that are able to gather
- Students must follow reduced room capacities in any Penn State building.
- If more than 15 members are attending, an advisor must be present.
- Venue’s COVID/social distance capacity should be listed in 25Live under layout
- For some spaces groups may find that they are still able to put through a request but are advised to wait for confirmation that the event has been approved before moving forward
- Maintain social distance, wear a mask and consider additional cleaning/sanitization protocols for shared materials
- Keep a record of all attendees at in person events including, name, PSU email, address, and phone number
Social Gatherings
- We understand the importance of bonding outside of rehearsals and club sanctioned events, however, we are encouraging you to find ways to make these events virtual. Check out apps like Houseparty and Netflix Party; hang out virtually and do homework or watch a movie together!
- If you do have in-person gatherings off campus you will be expected to practice social distancing, keep gatherings at 25 or less, and wear a mask in accordance to University, CDC, and Government guidelines. Organizations that are found to have violated any of these guidelines will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct.
